Jenny Holsman Tetreault, Board Chair
Jenny Holsman Tetreault will serve as the new Board Chair. Jenny currently serves as the Vice President and Associate General Counsel for TPI Composites, a global wind-blade manufacturer with locations throughout the United States, Europe, China, India, and Mexico. She is responsible for the company’s global anti-corruption program, litigation, mergers and acquisition, HR and employment matters, supply chain and procurement, commercial and contract negotiation, Field Services, IT, ESG, and domestic/international regulatory compliance.
Jenny is extremely active in the community and serves on many other non-profit Boards. In recognition for her work in the community, Jenny was honored as an Outstanding Woman in Business by the Phoenix Business Journal in 2024, a Woman of Achievement in 2023 by InBusiness Magazine, as the Corporate "Organization Advocate of the Year" by the Phoenix Business Journal in 2021, and one of the "Most Influential Women in Business" in 2020 from AZ Business Magazine. Additionally, she was a "Spirit of Philanthropy" recipient by the Association of Fundraising Professionals in 2018 and was recognized as one of the "Top 10 (National) Attorneys under 40" by the Association of Corporate Counsel in 2017.
Jenny is surrounded by an incredible team, including her husband Colin Tetreault, her ten-year-old son (Connor), and her eight-year-old daughter (Madeline). As a family, they have completed a successful Match to a Little Brother through the BBBSAZ mentorship program.
Debbie Castillo-Smith
Interim CEO/VP of Impact & Innovation
Debbie Castillo-Smith has been a part of the Big Brothers Big Sisters of Arizona (BBBSAZ) team since September 2007, contributing in a variety of capacities, including direct work with volunteers, youth, and families, as well as volunteer recruitment and management of our Site-Based Mentoring Programs. In her current role as Vice President of Impact and Innovation, she led the development and implementation of the groundbreaking Embedded in School Mentoring Program, a collaborative initiative between BBBSAZ, Arizona State University, and Mesa Public Schools.
Debbie holds a Bachelor’s degree in Family Studies and Nonprofit Leadership and Management from Arizona State University. She is an alumnus of the Generation Next Nonprofit Leadership Academy and the Arizona State University Leadership Institute (Go Class 5!). In recognition of her exceptional leadership and impact, Debbie was honored as a Sun Devil 100 recipient in both 2024 and 2025.
Passionate about the power of mentoring, Debbie is currently matched with her Little Sister at Loma Linda Elementary, embodying the values of mentorship she champions.
